Thank you for your purchase from the DAYKIN DAYANCH online store. I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my photographic prints. As each print is a custom piece, created specifically for your order, I ask that you please read this policy carefully.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of each photographic print, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before you complete the purchase.

If you have any questions about a print, its materials, or its dimensions, please contact me at daykindayanch@gmail.com before placing your order. I am happy to provide any information you need to make a confident decision.

Exceptions: Damaged in Transit or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is paramount. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, I will ensure it is rectified.

Please follow this process for resolution:

1. Contact Me Within 7 Days: You must email daykindayanch@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your delivery. Please use your order number as the subject line.
2. Provide Photographic Evidence. Your email must include the following photographs:
   • Clear photos showing the damage to the print.
   • Clear photos of the exterior of the shipping tube or box, including the shipping label. This documentation is essential for me to process a claim with the shipping carrier.
3. Resolution: Upon review and confirmation of the damage or error, I will have a replacement print of the same item produced and shipped to you at no additional cost. Please note that for qualifying issues, the sole remedy is a replacement, not a refund.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout via our carrier, and are non-refundable.
